Betjij Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Members

1 General Terms & Conditions

Betjij (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "betjij") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating through the betjij.app domain. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between betjij and its members ("you", "user").

By using betjij, you acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions apply to you. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using betjij.

• Betjij reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and play on betjij. Failure to meet these requirements will result in a rejected registration and possible account termination.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. betjij may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.
• Single Account Policy: Only one account may be registered per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
• Password Security: Account security is the member's own responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Verification Process: betjij reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on betjij are subject to strict rules. Members are personally responsible for complying with these policies.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket is ৳100.
• Deposit Methods: Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking or bank account registered in the member's own name.
• Withdrawal Verification: KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Processing Time: Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Single Account Policy: Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betjij offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that members must comply with.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A specified amount must be wagered before a bonus can be cashed out.
• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically voided once it expires.

5 Gaming Rules

• Collusion – gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating with other members.
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to breach or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other members.
• Infringement of betjij's intellectual property.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Betjij reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without reason. The following are common grounds for account closure.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (where applicable and in the absence of any violations) will be refunded to the member. Bonus balances and balances forfeited due to violations will not be returned.

• Financial losses resulting from a member's own gaming decisions.

Betjij strives to maintain uninterrupted service at all times. However, service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

10 Responsible Gaming
